Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Brockton, MA is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, perform multi-point inspections, and change fluids. You will check oil, tire pressure and fluid levels, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate may have prior experience or be willing to learn; vehicle maintenance training or experience is a plus. A valid, unrestricted driver's license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, safety and customer-service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills; outstanding communication.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while servicing or repairing.
• Checks fluids and maintenance-related parts; tops-off or replaces fluids/filters.
• Performs routine service inspections and standard maintenance.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Supports shop safety, inventory stocking, and general duties.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
