Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles per standards, rotate tires, and perform multi-point inspections. The role includes checking fluids, filters, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Prior automotive training or experience is a plus, with an unrestricted driver’s license and good physical stamina required. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced team, have strong communication skills, and present a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and clean driving record where applicable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Basic computer skills for service documentation and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• H fits shop policy, safety rules and supports a clean, safe work environment
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
