Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to perform vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory standards. You will conduct routine tasks including oil changes and inspections, and communicate recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced service department at a Lithia Motors dealership in Lexington, VA.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as change engine oil and filters.
• Conduct complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes and fluid levels.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
