Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to service vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. The role requires an unrestricted driver’s license, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates may have automotive training or related experience; strong physical stamina and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping shop organized and safe; manage inventory as needed.

Job Description

The Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids.

They check the oil, tire pressure, tire condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, brake and transmission fluids, and engine coolant, while providing the highest quality service and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate may have experience or a willingness to learn. Some automotive training and/or experience with automotive repair a plus.

An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. They must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

Responsibilities
