The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level role responsible for basic vehicle maintenance. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. It is an hourly paid position.

1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
2. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
3. Accurately complete multi-point inspection forms for each vehicle.
4. Utilize product and technical training provided by manufacturers and management.
5. Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received.
6. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs.
7. Continuously update knowledge on new technologies and practices.
8. Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
9. Previous experience is highly preferred.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
11. Must be at least 18 years old.
12. Must have a valid driver's license.
13. Must possess basic tools.
14. Pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug tests.
