McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque is looking for motivated Oil & Lube Technicians to join our fast-paced service team. You\'ll work alongside experienced technicians, receive hands-on training, and develop toward higher-level technician roles within the McGrath Family of Dealerships.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of automotive or related mechanical experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and filter replacements.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate vehicle findings with Service Advisors and technicians.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist the service department in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
