McGrath Dodge in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Express Technician to join our service team. No prior automotive experience is required as we provide hands-on training and a clear path to grow into a Certified Technician role.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services, complete multi-point inspections, and assist certified technicians as part of your training. Enjoy PTO from day one, comprehensive benefits, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire shops or automotive service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow safety procedures.
• Good work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations and basic maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings.
• Replace filters, wiper blades, and bulbs/headlamps as needed.
• Assist certified technicians during training and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
