Automotive Lube and Tire Technician

Salary Range: $15.00 To $20.00 Hourly

As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire and lube services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the safety and performance of vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Being clean and taking care of equipment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Provide automotive diagnostics related to tire performance and alignment issues.
• Oil changes and other basic automotive repair tasks as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with your advisor regarding their customer vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tire and lube technology.

Experience

• Previous experience in tire and lube service or automotive repair is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is a plus.
• Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
