Job summary

Lee's Tire is seeking an Automotive Lube/Tire Technician to perform routine maintenance and light repair services, including oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire rotations, brake inspections, and basic suspension work. You will help ensure vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently to company standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years automotive, tire, or lube technician experience preferred.
• Team player and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services
• Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace tires
• Perform brake inspections and brake service
• Assist with light front-end and suspension repairs
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and service standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors and management

Job Summary

The Automotive Lube/Tire Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and light-duty automotive repair services. This position includes oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, tire rotations, brake inspections and repairs, and basic front-end and suspension work. The technician will help ensure that all vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Working alongside other technicians and management, this individual will play an important role in maintaining a productive shop environment while delivering quality automotive maintenance and repair services to our customers.
