Job summary

Audi Winnipeg is seeking a Service Porter/Lot Attendant to transport customers and dealership personnel, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and organize lots for sale and service vehicles. You will assist in routine duties across service and sales, ensure vehicles are properly prepped, and support the reconditioning process with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to drive both automatic and manual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission.
• Experience with cleaning products and tools is an asset.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Service and Sales Department duties.
• Daily organization and parking of vehicles for sale and service department.
• Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to the customer.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning to the customer, and report any damage immediately.
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks.
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.
• Cleaning off vehicle exteriors based on seasonal needs (e.g. snow removal).
• Identify any lot merchandising needs or issues to the appropriate manager.
• Placing signage in and on vehicles for advertising purposes.
• Monitoring and organizing vehicles daily based on their progress in the reconditioning process.
• Lot tidiness (garbage clearing, etc.)
