Full-Time $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Paid Time Off

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot organized at all times, retaining available parking for customers.
• Arrange all new and pre-owned inventory in organized, straight, and immaculate lines.
• Take initiative and think creatively.
• Work independently and give 100% effort.
• Assist customers with valet parking when needed.

Skills

• Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts in various weather conditions.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park various types of vehicles, sometimes in tight spaces.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to bend, twist, crouch, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid WA Driver's License with a good driving record required.
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow.
• Consistent attendance record.
