Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to handle outdoor work and vehicle movement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dealership lot, including parking, organization, and lot presentation.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas.
• Assist sales and service teams with vehicle preparation and transportation needs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report issues to management.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with dealership standards and appearance requirements.
