Job summary

Olympia Subaru is seeking a dependable Sales Lot Attendant to maintain the vehicle lot and showroom, ensuring an inviting, organized display for customers. You will move, park, and prep vehicles, inspect shipments, and support the sales team with deliveries in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a readiness to work outdoors. No prior dealership experience required; 18+ with a clean driving record and background check will be needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
• Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom
• Park, move, and arrange vehicles to ensure an attractive and efficient display
• Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicle shipments
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for customer viewings and test drives
• Install dealer tags and assist with vehicle merchandising
• Monitor lot inventory and report any damage or maintenance needs
• Assist the sales team with vehicle retrievals and customer deliveries
• Keep the lot free of debris and maintain a safe, professional environment
