Training

Jiffy Lube offers comprehensive training through "Jiffy Lube University," a CBT (computer-based training) program complemented by on-the-job training, enabling you to earn while you learn and develop a balanced skill set.

Opportunities

Physical Requirements

• Operate equipment such as oil and grease guns, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Push, pull, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Job Duties & Requirements

• Greet guests warmly to set a positive tone.
• Drive vehicles into the bay and check dashboard and exterior lights.
• Vacuum interiors and clean exteriors.
• Check and adjust tire pressure, perform tire rotations, and inspect brake pads.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and perform shop clean-up.

Once certified, opportunities for advancement include roles such as Lube Tech, Plus Tech-Mechanic, and Service Advisor.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position. Previous automotive experience or Vo-Tech training is preferred but not required; strong candidates with some automotive background will be considered.
