Physical Requirements

• Operate equipment like oil and grease guns, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone.
• Check vehicles' dashboard and exterior lights.
• Perform interior vacuuming and exterior cleaning.
• Check and adjust tire pressure, rotate tires, and inspect brake pads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Once certified, opportunities for advancement include roles such as Lube Tech, Plus Tech-Mechanic, and Service Advisor.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position. Previous automotive experience or Vo-Tech training is preferred but not required; strong candidates with some automotive background will be considered.
