Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to help manage the sales lot, move customer vehicles, maintain an orderly parking area, and ensure a polished showroom appearance.

You will assist with vehicle delivery, stock management, check-ins, and inventory control, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Must be 18+, valid license, and able to handle weather and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow through the sales lot.
• Maintain an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, manage delivery board and gas slips.
• Assist with lot and showroom organization and vehicle inventory management.
• Assist with new car check-ins and inspections/dealer trades.
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
• Catalog and store keys, assign stock control numbers to cars.
