Job summary

Vibracoustic USA Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager in Morganfield, KY, to lead customer service, material ordering, and production scheduling in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

This on-site role focuses on optimizing KPIs, managing portals, and ensuring ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and HSE conformance. The ideal candidate will bring a university degree or higher, 5+ years in manufacturing (3+ in automotive), and hands-on MRP/SAP experience to drive continuous improvement across an

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Five years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least three years in the automotive industry.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Extensive MRP software experience with AS400 / SAP MM & SD modules.
• Experience in an automotive working environment and pace.
• Experience with an international supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage customer service, material ordering, production scheduling (warehousing and administration).
• Manage customer portals.
• Monthly reporting of logistics KPIs (inventory, delivery performance, customer ratings, freight cost, premium freight) and derive actions.
• Maintain excellent delivery performance and lower inventory levels as a percentage of sales or Days of Coverage.
• Manage documentation of executed processes.
• Continues improvement Logistics Supplier Development when necessary.
• Ensure conformance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and HSE requirements.
