Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience required; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and material planning to support production requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and FIFO compliance.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and transportation providers.
• Maintain ERP master data and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Lead and develop logistics and warehouse team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
