Job summary

Collateral Recovery Team LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a skilled automotive locksmith to handle high-volume key decoding, cutting, and programming at our yard operations. This is on-site production work focused on domestic and select import vehicles.

Candidates must be proficient with Lishi tools, capable of selecting the right tool per vehicle, and comfortable working outdoors in a warehouse environment. Pay starts around $70K annually with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Lishi tools for standard and high-security cuts.
• Identify and select the correct Lishi tool per vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of transponder and proximity key programming.
• Familiarity with immobilizer systems (Ford, GM, Toyota, Chrysler, etc.).
• Able to cut and program transponder/proximity keys when all keys are lost.
• Comfortable outdoors and in warehouse environments.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Basic typing and documentation skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled automotive locksmith to handle high-volume key decoding, cutting, and programming at our yards in Irving, TX. This is not retail locksmithing or roadside work - this is consistent, on-site production work with a steady flow of vehicles.

If you can't confidently decode with Lishi, this position is not for you.

Position Overview

You will work directly on domestic vehicles (Ford, GM, Chrysler, etc.) and select imports (Toyota, Nissan, etc.), performing all keys lost, lock decoding, transponder & proximity key programming, and related immobilizer tasks.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Lishi tools (standard cut & high-security)
• Ability to identify & select the correct Lishi tool per vehicle
• Solid understanding of transponder systems and compatible key selection
• Working knowledge of immobilizer systems (Ford, GM, Toyota, Chrysler, etc.)
• Ability to cut/program transponder and proximity keys when all keys are lost
• Comfortable working outdoors and in warehouse environments
• Able to follow direction, work independently, and stay focused
• Basic typing/writing skills for documentation
