Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive maintenance experience preferred, including oil changes, fluid changes and tire rotations.
• Mechanical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid changes on guest vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Follow detailed processes without shortcuts and ensure work meets manufacturer standards.
• Provide quality work with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate career-mindedness and a desire to grow with the team.
• Work full-time Monday through Friday.
