Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, Lakewood, CO, is hiring an Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center. This full-time role offers a competitive pay package with significant weekly bonus potential and a path to earning up to $150K annually based on performance.

We provide 5 days a week with Sundays and one other weekday off, plus a 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for ASE certification support and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of auto repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.
