Qualifications

• ASE certifications (A1-A8) are preferred and may be required.
• Strong diagnostic skills for brake, electrical, and suspension.
• Ability to explain repairs to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes, electrical, suspension.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Pursue ongoing formal training to stay current.
• Assist and coach technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Aim for ASE certifications within two years of employment.
