Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, is seeking a Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service center in Hilliard, OH. This full-time role leads undercar repairs, diagnostics, and tire services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to a fast-paced team, earn competitive weekly pay and have opportunities for ASE certification support and advancement from within.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or training.
• Driver's license required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspensions and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.
