Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Heath, OH is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and repair center. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance including tire work, oil changes, and inspections.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential and a path to up to $150K annually. Benefits include 401(k) matching and health/dental/vision insurance, plus paid time off and growth with ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver’s license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
