Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Automotive Lead Technician to lead repairs, inspections, and tire services in a fast-paced shop. This full-time role offers competitive pay and ASE certification support within the Mavis/Midas family.

You will diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, alignments, oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, and routine maintenance while mentoring junior technicians to ensure safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or relevant education.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and service brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Perform oil changes and inspections.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
