Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Newark, Delaware, the world's largest Midas franchisee, seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our modern service and tire center.

We offer weekly pay with a potential bonus up to $150K annually, a 5‑day work week, a 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits, and ASE certification support.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair brakes and suspensions, rotate and balance tires, and perform routine maintenance. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or a relevant education/experience mix.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Commitment to dependable teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance.
• Perform state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
