Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Toledo, OH is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join a large Midas franchise. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and perform services such as brakes, tires, and routine maintenance in a state-of-the-art shop.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonuses up to $150K annually, five-day work weeks, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, ASE certification support, and tool/uniform assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, lift items weighing 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and service brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Perform state inspections and oil changes.
• Dismount, mount, balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
