Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Newton, NJ, part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will lead undercar repairs, perform diagnostics, service, and tire work while upholding quality and safety standards.

We offer a competitive base pay plus significant weekly bonus potential, with opportunities to grow through ASE certification and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience or equivalent training in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Perform state inspections, oil changes, and tire mounting/balancing.
• Check and top up fluids; replace worn parts as needed.
