Job summary

CrossRoads Ford Group is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the Express Technician team at our Fuquay Varina, NC location. The role focuses on maintaining high-speed express services and guiding technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will manage workflows, train new hires, and perform routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety. This position requires availability on Saturdays and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review required.
