Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina in Fuquay Varina, NC is seeking a hands-on Express Technician Supervisor to oversee a team of Express Technicians and ensure fast, high-quality maintenance services.

You'll train new technicians, manage workflow, and perform routine express services such as oil changes and tire rotations while maintaining safety standards and a customer-first approach. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Express service experience preferred.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Express Technicians.
• Monitor and manage Express Team workflow processes.
• Train new Express Techs joining the team.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services.
• Deliver efficient, high‑quality express maintenance services.
