Responsibilities include representing voice of the customer in KPI management, reviewing warranty claims, leading quality-improvement activities, mapping issues with PFMEA, and collaborating across quality teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in launch support or quality engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google apps.
• Ability to analyze data to identify top issues and trends.
• Effective presentation/public speaking to all levels of the organization.
• Experience with problem solving tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a high-intensity environment with multiple projects.
• Knowledge of 4M1D (man, method, machine, material, design) on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent “Voice of the Customer” within KPI management for Assembly Plant Quality.
• Review warranty/CQI claims daily and maintain issue stratification.
• Resolve systemic quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, RSU, CSN).
• Lead improvement activities to address nonconformity to product quality targets.
• Support Corporate Quality objectives and communicate requirements to all groups.
• Collaborate and lead internal and external resources to meet project timing.
• Lead teams to identify issues/risks using FMEA and risk tools.
• Collaborate to implement control plans (PFMEA, Control Plans, PERs).
• Map issues/defects in PFS/MCV to prevent escapes and identify trends.
• Support plant on complex issues from Final/Rolls/BSR/CPA/CTVV.
• Escalate product-related issues to protect design intent.
• Adhere to standards for handling and installation of related components.
• Manage Product/Process Changes through risk assessment and station readiness.
• Perform Yard Hold/PRI activities to ensure quality.
• Support Quality & Customer Safety Pillar goals.
