Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Launch Manager to oversee program timing, budgets, and activities for new automotive programs at the Alamance Manufacturing Facility in Mebane, NC. This onsite role requires proactive leadership to deliver safe, high-quality launches on time and within cost targets.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years in automotive program management, experience with Tier 1 or OEM launches, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive programs from kickoff to customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of program/project management or launch management in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Disseminates information within assigned work teams.
• Monitors adherence to timing on all plant launch activities.
• Leads plant-level Program Launch Teams (PLT) to a successful launch with cross-functional collaboration.
• Organizes build events and coordinates cross-functional resources.
• Acts as primary contact for launch-related activities with internal teams and customers.
