Buerkle Honda is hiring experienced Automotive Service Technicians in White Bear Lake, MN. We seek Honda, Acura, ASE Master, and Master Technicians to join a union environment with paid training, factory programs, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Good Faith Compensation

Guaranteed hourly rate (per hour worked): $31.07–$33.07

Journeyman incentive: $32.61–$40.49 per flat-rate hour

Light Duty differential: $30.13–$31.83 per flat-rate hour

Warranty differential: $38.61–$44.49 per flat-rate hour

Additional compensation includes up to a $10,000 hiring bonus, performance incentives, spiffs, paid training, tool reimbursement, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, paid time off and other union benefits. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, productivity and union classification.

Questions Technicians Ask Us

Is there enough work? Yes. We have a strong customer-pay business and consistent repair volume. Journeyman work is typically scheduled 6–10 days in advance.

Will I work Saturdays? No. Journeyman technicians work Monday through Friday with no Saturday requirement.

Will I receive factory training? Yes. Paid Honda factory training and ASE development.

Can I advance? Yes. We promote from within whenever possible.

Will my conversation be confidential? Absolutely. We understand many candidates are currently employed.
