Job summary

Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking an energetic Inventory Specialist to manage vehicle inventory, organize lots, and move cars from trade-in to retail or wholesale.

You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, stay active through the day, and partner with management to keep inventory flowing smoothly. Valid driver’s license and strong attention to detail are essential; training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Comfortable working around vehicles and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Dealership, inventory, logistics, or automotive experience is a plus, but training is provided

Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle inventory and lot organization
• Reviewing and processing trade-in vehicles
• Coordinating vehicle inspections, reconditioning, and wholesale activities
• Maintaining vehicle readiness and inventory tracking reports
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and customer-ready
• Supporting auction preparation and wholesale operations
• Assisting with vehicle movement and general dealership operations
• Working closely with management to keep inventory flowing efficiently
