The Inventory lot porter is primary responsibility is keeping the lot organized, presentable, and handling/checking in inventory daily.

Requirements

  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Pre-employment background/drug test
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent is required
  • Able to work hours as business needs dictate, which may include weekends
  • Able to drive Manual (PREFERRED)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Organizing Luxury Brand lot daily by Make, Model and Year

· Checking in newly arrived vehicles. (This involves closely assessing each vehicle for cosmetic and mechanical repair.)

· Maintaining a good working relationship and communication skills with staff and vendors.

· Other job duties as assigned by upper management including, but not limited to: lot audit, moving vehicles in/out of showrooms, taking vehicles off lot, assisting other departments.

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Proficient computer skills including standard business applications such as Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer applications.

· The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner is important in this position

· Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed as a flexible team player.

· Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
