Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville is seeking a motivated call center professional to join a dynamic team in Pleasantville, NJ. The role focuses on handling customer calls, providing initial product information, and directing customers to the right dealership resources.

A strong customer service background and reliable driving record are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $65,000 per year, full-time status, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company matching, on-the-job

Qualificações

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
