Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will respond to customer calls, schedule sales/service appointments, and guide inquiries to the right dealership resources.

Qualifications include experience in customer service, strong computer/phone skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
