Responsibilities
- Manage online OEM automotive parts orders from inquiry through fulfillment.
- Verify OEM part numbers, pricing, quantities, availability, and shipping information.
- Research parts applications and provide accurate information.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide OEM parts quotes and product information.
- Monitor orders and communicate order status.
