Job summary

Jim Hudson Automotive Group in Sumter, SC is seeking an experienced Internet Manager/Floor Closer to lead our high-volume internet sales team at Toyota Sumter. You will manage 400-500 leads monthly, set appointments, and drive closing ratios while coordinating with sales managers to maximize showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales management experience before applying.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems andDriveCentric or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Close a high volume of internet leads and provide floor closing support as needed.
• Manage 400–500 leads per month and set a minimum of 60 appointments monthly.
• Coach and grow the internet sales team; ensure daily lead management and task completion.
• Drive 10%+ new close ratios and 15%+ used close ratios on internet leads.
• Analyze lead source ROI and optimize showrooms flow and sales activities.
