Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Interior Repair and Touch Up Technician to service dealer partners across the San Antonio area. The role focuses on performing interior cosmetic repairs to meet dealer and OEM standards, with emphasis on color-matching and high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate will work in a mobile, multi-store environment, travel between locations, and consistently deliver precise repairs on vinyl, leather, plastic, and other interior components.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive interior repair or interior reconditioning.
• Strong color matching and cosmetic refinishing skills.
• Experience repairing vinyl, leather, and plastic materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload.
• High attention to detail and finish quality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive interior touch-up and cosmetic repairs.
• Execute precise interior color matching and blending.
• Repair vinyl, leather, plastic, trim, seats, door panels, dashboards, and consoles.
• Restore cigarette burns, scuffs, scratches, cracks, and minor tears.
• Use interior dyes, repair compounds, fillers, and refinishing systems.
• Inspect repairs to ensure quality and minimal rework.
• Maintain mobile tools, materials, and professional setup.
• Travel between assigned dealership locations.

Job Description

This role is responsible for performing automotive interior cosmetic repairs to dealership and OEM standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with interior materials, strong color-matching ability, and can work independently in a mobile, multi-store environment while producing consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive interior touch-up and cosmetic repairs
• Execute precise interior color matching and blending
• Repair vinyl, leather, plastic, trim, seats, door panels, dashboards, and consoles
• Restore cigarette burns, scuffs, scratches, cracks, and minor tears
• Use interior dyes, repair compounds, fillers, and refinishing systems

Must have Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years interior repair, reconditioning, or detailing
