You will test infotainment software, conduct test drives, and ensure quality across navigation, radio, and smartphone integration. The role emphasizes meticulous defect tracking, regression testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards for performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of testing automotive infotainment systems or embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to conduct test drives.

Responsibilities

• Test infotainment systems and software functions (navigation, radio, smartphone integration).
• Conduct regular test drives to evaluate end-user performance.
• Identify, document, track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve.
• Perform regression testing to verify that resolved issues do not impact existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on performance, reliability, and usability.
• Flash software updates and configure systems.
• Conscientious documentation of test environment and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with vehicle components.
