MSX International in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Implementation/Field Specialist to partner with global mobility brands, delivering systems and processes that improve performance and drive measurable impact. You will support rollouts, coordinate change initiatives, and coach users to adopt new tools and ways of working.

This client-facing role requires travel and thrives on delivering outcomes through strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of automotive training or coaching experience is beneficial.

As an Implementation/Field Specialist, you will partner with clients to deliver solutions that improve performance and drive measurable impact. You will support the rollout of systems, processes, and change initiatives, ensuring these are adopted.

This is an autonomous, client-facing role combining delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You must be willing to travel and work in a client environment.

• Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
