Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold an associate degree or related certification; five years of industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of industry experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment technology; teaching or instructional support experience preferred.
• Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Valid Oklahoma driver's license; ASE or OEM program certification preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and fulfill complex initiatives; strong collaboration with diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-program instructional support and lab assistance for associate degree programs within STHE, including automotive and heavy equipment technology.
• Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and students to enhance program quality and safety; support lab operations and learner success.
