Training

Physical Requirements

• Operate equipment like oil and grease guns, hand tools, and shop equipment
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Push, pull, lift, bend, twist, and raise arms overhead as needed

Job Duties & Requirements

• Greet guests warmly to set a positive tone
• Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, check and adjust tire pressure, rotate tires, and inspect brake pads
• Once certified, opportunities for advancement include roles like Lube Tech, Plus Tech-Mechanic, and Service Advisor

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position; no prior experience required. Passion for cars, strong customer service skills, or Vo-Tech training is preferred.
