Ideal candidates are able to perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and inspections while adhering to safety and quality standards. Training paths and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; HS diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more.
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by Management.
• Communicate extent of damage or malfunctions to guests’ vehicles with the service department.
