Precision Tune Auto Care is hiring a General Automotive Service Technician in Ocean Springs, MS. The role offers hourly pay with production bonus and a full-time schedule. We provide training, support, and opportunities for advancement within a locally owned shop backed by a national brand.

The position focuses on preventative maintenance and light repair to keep vehicles safe and reliable. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Passion for automotive repair and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Rotate, repair, and install tires.
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance needs.
• Replace brakes and perform basic brake services.
• Perform wheel alignments (training provided if needed).
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and service advisors.
• Follow all company safety and environmental procedures.
