Job summary

Meineke Car Care Center in Kyle, TX is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to join our shop. The role focuses on general automotive maintenance, tire service, oil changes, DVIs, and related tasks, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and $16–$23 per hour pay.

This position offers ongoing in-house training, paid holidays, uniforms, growth opportunities, ASE reimbursement, and a supportive team environment designed for skill development.

Qualifications

• At least two years of automotive repair experience.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of vehicles.
• Ability to perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) accurately.
• Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow within the automotive industry.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services and related general automotive maintenance.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid flushes.
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Document vehicle inspection findings accurately.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.
• Collaborate with the shop team to support an organized and productive workflow.
