Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for our Fort Worth, TX centers. You’ll perform essential maintenance and tire services while learning from experienced automotive professionals.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
