Mavis Tire in Rochester, NY is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers. You will perform essential tire services and routine maintenance alongside experienced automotive professionals, building hands-on skills and advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn in a fast-paced auto shop.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience a plus but not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections; identifying concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures; ensuring quality and timely completion.
