PEP BOYS, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Stockbridge, GA area. You’ll perform essential maintenance, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections alongside experienced automotive professionals, with paid training and a $800 new hire bonus.

This role supports growth into Alignment Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Service Manager, and other leadership roles, with competitive weekly pay, weekly incentives, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Help ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
